긴급 기도 부탁

성령충만을 위한 15분 기도회를 통해 함께 기도했고 또 교회 광고로 알려드린 것같이, U.Va.와 주차장 임대 계약 체결에 행정적인 문제가 발생했습니다.  Title Insurance 회사가 Albemarle County에 등록되어 있는 우리 신축 교회당 부지 도면에 경계선이 결핍된 것을 확인함으로써 부지 Subdivision에 관련된 문제로 제기된 것입니다.

이 문제가 해결되기 전에는 U.Va. 측에서 Deed of Lease에 서명하는 것을 보류하고 있는 중이며, 예상 밖으로 진행 과정이 복잡하고 어려운 상황에 봉착했습니다. 

아래에 첨부한 이메일에 적힌 것같이 다음 주 수요일(1월 9일) 오후 1시 30분에 이 문제를 해결하기 위한 Albemarle County가 주관하는 Meeting이 있습니다.  이 Meeting에는 County의 Chief of Special Projects, Community Development 담당자들, County 변호사 및  Christian Aid Mission과 U.Va.를 대표하는 분들과 우리 교회가  참석할 예정입니다.  우리가 당면한 이 문제가 어떤 방향으로 어느 시기에 해결되어 임대 계약을 체결할 수 있는가를 결정하는 매우 중요한 Meeting입니다.

이 Meeting의 좋은 결과를 위해 다함께 하나님께 간절히 기도드립시다.

I’ve touched base with you all either directly or indirectly on the subdivision/title issues on the Korean Church portion of the Christian Aid Mission parcel (and therefore the easements provided to UVA associated with the Kirtley site for the Fire Station site plan), and it appears Christian Aid and KCC are able to meet next week to discuss how best to resolve the issues.  UVA (Charlie Hurt) may also want to join in, but won’t have to.

It appeared the calendars for County folks worked for a meeting next Wednesday (Jan 9^th) at 1:30 (say 1 hour), so I’ve proposed that time, which works for Christian Aid (Cynthia Finley) and I think can work for KCC (Yong Kim).  We can meet here at the County Office Bldg (401 McIntire Road) Office of Facilities Development (Suite 228).

If all parties will “reply all” on this and confirm availability, I hope to have this firm on Monday.

If this time doesn’t suit, we may be able to get Thursday the 10^th around 9:00 to work…
